It just means that the advertised event will occur somewhere in Wilder in a yet-unknown room.

Wilder TBA is also sometimes used by those familiar with this meaning to mean any one of the rooms used in this way. For instance, one might say, "The air conditioning gnomes are really acting up in Wilder TBA today!"
