Lorain Street

Lorain Street is the Oberlin section of Ohio Route 511. Starting at US-20 on the east of town, it runs east-west through town, eventually changing name to the Oberlin-Norwalk Road at Pyle-South Amherst Road and continuing past the west edge of town. The east-west break is at Main Street.
It is the major east-west road in Oberlin (and therefore carries more heavy traffic), although College Street is more significant near downtown.
