TGIF
On Fridays when the weather is nice, one will note large numbers of college kids enjoying weather and cold ones in Wilder Bowl. This is TGIF, where music is played loudly and drinks (alcoholic ones for 21+ only, of course) are available coldly just in front of Wilder. Circus folk generally mess around with poi and such, a slackline goes up, and a lots of PDA for all.
In the winter, it's held in the Sco, and is generally very poorly attended. You're better off going to happy hour at the Feve anyway, as the drinks there are cheaper.
There's a complementary and more rarely used acronym, HSIOW ("holy shit it's only wednesday") which has no campus celebration in its honor. Why do you think this is?
