Room Condition Report form

This is the form students have to fill out to tell the college what's wrong with their rooms. They're usually filled with general descriptions of messed-up or missing items in the room.

At the end of the semester/year, if there are more things messed up or missing when you leave the room, you get charged for the repairs.

Some students have been known to predict damage they'll do to avoid getting billed for it.
