Acronym for 'Lazy Oberlin Grads Just Aren't Motivated' or, when speaking of a specific person, 'Lazy Oberlin Grad, Just Ain't Movin'." A derogatory term, now fallen out of use, for graduates who did not leave town but did not do anything particularly useful while hanging out in Oberlin.
