Feve-rats

Young people who didn't grow up in Oberlin or don't go to the college but mooch off the college student atmosphere by sitting in the Feve drinking almost constantly. There are fewer of these than it would seem. Compare with "Feve Regular," a category which has a fair share of both college students and non college students.
