Elizabeth Wilmer
Math professor famous for holding her left arm behind her back while she writes on the board with her right. Also does a complete bow at you if you answer correctly. She also writes her office hours on the board every singly day, and will read them to you even if they are unchanged. (Actually this is quite nice when you've forgotten what her office hours are and need to go see her within the next few days.)
She frequently teaches Discrete Mathematics, and has been known to teach Group Theory, Probability, and Rings and Fields.
