Ed Helms

Ed Helms graduated from Oberlin in 1996 (BA, independent major: "Film theory and technology") and went on to become a successful comedian. He is most well-known for being a correspondent on The Daily Show (2002–2006), and for portraying Andy Bernard in the US version of The Office (2006–present) and Stu Price in the comedy film The Hangover (2009).

At Oberlin he was on the swim team his first year, in Primitive Streak, and was in two campus bands (Weedkiller, in which he played banjo, and Lonesome Trio). He also sang with the Obertones.

Ed lived in Tank 211 his sophomore year, and is partly/mostly (debatable) responsible for the Beers of the World bottle collection around the top of the dining room.
