East College Street Project

The East College Street Project is a community development project of Sustainable Community Associates, a trio of young alums. The project replaces an underused section on the south side of East College Street between Main and Pleasant with a number of condo-type houses priced for a range of incomes, new commercial spaces, and underground parking.
